As we kick off this year's TTM seminars, the September Seminar will be held on Wed, Sept 26.  Dinner will be provided.  It will be held in the Multi-Purpose Room (as usual) at Shriners' Hospital for Children from 6:00 pm until 8:30'ish pm.  The September seminar will focus on "What's New in Tuberculosis."

6:20 - 7:00  What's New in TB Diagnostics ~ and FDA approved: Dean T Tsukayama M.D.- Director, Division of Infectious Diseases, Department of Medicine, Hennepin County Medical Center and as recognized by colleagues as a "Top Doc in Minnesota"

7:00-7:15 Break

7:15-7:45  Case Presentation : Michael T Rhodes M.D.  3rd Year, Internal Medicine & Pediatrics Resident, University of Minnesota.

7:45 - 8:15 HIV TB Immune Reconstitution Inflammatory Syndrome (TB-IRIS) - What the heck is this, and Why didn't I learn about it in Medical School? David R Boulware MD, MPH, DTMH - Assistant Professor of Medicine, Division of Infectious Diseases & International Medicine, University of Minnesota.
